In response to their response: I was told I could not step outside to feed a 1 year old even when there were only 3 kids inside. So, no, there wasn't a wait-list. I mentioned this and was told "POLICY" We loved going to the one in Houston, which had a tiny toddler picnic table at the entrance. We could feed a baby there in the middle of playing. This location does not have such a thing so you cannot feed a baby (who is not very understanding about waiting to eat) in the middle of playtime. You also cannot step outside (literally outside) to feed them then come back. This is so ridiculous. I understand not wanting people there all day, leaving and returning. For those littles that nap twice a day, they are here over LUNCH TIME and only stay a short time. I wish this place wasn't so strict about this. We drive over 30 min to come, spend 30 min there, then have to leave to eat. Absurd. Secondly, they do not take reservations on weekdays. We have twice driven 30+ min and they were full. I tried to call earlier that morning and no one answered. It was a total waste. I don't want to hang out in St Charles for who knows how long waiting for a call to come in. I wish I didn't buy a pass because there are just better options. (Urban Fort and Honeycomb both take reservations)

Excellent experience for my daughters 4th birthday party. We had kids ages 1-9 and they all had a blast. Highly recommend.

Took my five year old granddaughter to a birthday party there. She and the other kids had a wonderful time. Plenty to do so they were never bored.
