David, Yes we charge a cash deposit, to which you receive a receipt for. We use to charge a card deposit but because everyone can lock their cards now, people were coming in and destroying the rooms and we were unable to recoop the damages.Yes we have wood floors throughout the hotel. It is cleaner, more sanitary and smells better. We have never heard of this being a bad feature.

Paula, You were asked to leave due to the numerous issues that you caused throughout your stay with us. The biggest issue was you ur constant drug use and your behavior around other guests, prospective guests and in public areas. You mentioned to more than one staff member, on more than one occasion, about all of the pills you were on for pain, anxiety and insomnia. Perhaps you forgot about those conversations in your drug-induced state. You ran smack-dab into the elevator one day, you fell repeatedly in the hallways with no one and nothing around, you slurred your speech and you did these things on camera, and in front of children and other guests. We don’t allow drug users to stay here because it’s a family environment. Marijuana is legal in the state of Missouri and we do not allow guests to smoke it in the building but there isn’t a lot of recourse when people have it in their pocket; you are going to smell it. It seems with your comment above that you’re under the influence right now. You also drove recklessly through the parking lot on more than one occasion, almost hit children playing and another driver, also caught on camera. You were here long enough to know that you were responsible for taking your own trash out yet you repeatedly left gross, smelly garbage outside of your guest door for others to clean. We can talk about the state of your guest room. More than once you were given a cleaning notice and only the last time did you attempt to remedy the situation. When you switched room, you left your first guest room absolutely trashed, which is why you lost your deposit back in December. So I don’t think you can blame being rushed out of here for why your room was left disgusting, with rotting meat all over the place and trash covering the entire room. Perhaps you would’ve had more time to move had you not caused several scenes on the day you were asked to leave, threatening and sitting out in your car for hours on end when you should’ve been packing. It’s troubling to know that you are a healthcare worker, with your drug addiction, you sharing personal healthcare information about patients with others, and the way you live. Photos and videos were collected of your behavior and the way you left things and criminal charges were sent, with evidence, to the Prosecuting Attorney. Unfortunately, you don’t get to mention God in your incoherent, drug-induced ramblings above while lying, breaking laws/rules, treating others and property that does not belong to you so poorly.
