Call Porter

I'm very happy with CallPorter's service. I appreciated that the callers are real estate focused, friendly, and able to handle unhappy callers with grace. Having US-based people definitely made a difference, and they were very good about receiving feedbackon things like missed calls and timely call-backs. I may look into the lead management service as well.

Absolutely love this service. Hate answering my phone when its a tire kicker or someone who woke up on the wrong side of the bed. I also hate not being able to pick up when Im with my kids, asleep, or focused on another task. Call Porter solves all of the above. 10/10 recommend

We recently implemented Call Porter and it has been an absolute game changer for our business. Now I am able to focus on meaningful conversations all day instead of also performing lead intake from incoming calls. My hesitancy in doing so previously stemmed from my concern that I wouldn't find a solution that I'd feel good about being the first touch sellers had with my company - I feel fantastic about Call Porter. Finally, a 5+ star shoutout to my superstar account manager, Jen Nicini. We communicate almost every day - she is not only incredibly responsive, she is unfailingly effective - whenever I identify a small item that needs clarification or improvement, or can simply be used to help train the staff on how to keep getting better in interacting with our sellers and us, she is ON IT. I simply couldn't be happier with Call Porter and Jen and I wrote this review because I felt like they so earned it - but I'd really rather have them all to myself!
