Was told that there wasn't a "tech" on staff to check the faulty print cartridges they sold me for replacement. If there is a manager on site, I would wish that they'd know how to do all the jobs necessary at the store. Pretty annoyed at how little help was offered on this matter. I will hesitate before buying print cartridges at this expensive and understaffed store again.

OfficeMax has improved tremendously. I didn't even think it was the same store when I first walked in. Has a way more retail look to it with lots of Christmas gift displays throughout the store. They've definitely upped their game. They had a lot of good sales and now they do a lot more service-oriented things like fixing phones, personalized printing on items through their DesignIt. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Don't think they had enough staff. I had questions about copying and the one copy guy was occupied with an involved customer project. There was no one else walking around. Eventually, copy guy stopped long enough to answer my question. I thought he could have done that sooner.
