Can't get a call back! I have an open case, and I know it's not a big case, but 4 months of leaving messages, kind of ridiculous. This time it's only been 3 weeks, but still ongoing. All this aggravation after all wonderful thinga they say in their adds. Don't believe them, anyone else could do a better job. Vaughn Bagnard

I called them twice and no one every called me back. I dont know why i called the the last time i used them for a work comp case the lawyer was a jerk

Well as I was at the casino there Ameristar I was ripped off of. Once but twice from the ATM machine $300 each time which also cost $6.50 transaction for money and did not get I did get my $200 that on the third try and but Ameristar says that they have nothing to do with the ATM machines but they're right there in their facility okay so there is some kind of responsibility there but they aren't did Ian at all I'm trying to just get back my money and it'll probably stealing from me I'm very disappointed cuz I go there every month and I don't get any perks whatsoever I don't get no free meals I don't get no free game play not even being treated very nice very disappointed this facility in their gaming ethics or there a ATM machine on all I want back is my money that was stolen from me this morning it was $600.13 at $613 and I want it back ASAP I want somebody held accountable for this and I want perks remove my list my my Miss Endeavors that I've experienced there so I made to make things right I'm out of money I want my money back and then I want some perks for a free meal free game play some kind of compensation for the experience that I've had there it was very unpleasing Campground spent so much money they're over and over every month so yeah it's a thumbs-down for Ameristar.
