Awful property management company. We have made several requests for repairs in our current lease (Feb) and absolutely none of them have been addressed. The house is sinking on the west side by several inches, back porch steps are rotten, three gas leaks resulting in an insanely high gas bill. The house was flipped and definitely qualifies for the landlord special. All communication attempts have been essentially ignored and we are left with no choice but a public forum. Reconsider renting from this company, they either dont have the staff to maintain their properties or dont care.

Dave tried to scam me like the others on here. Luckily, I know enough about the "games" they play and I quit working with them very early on in the process. Found a much better rental management company in the area to work with. STL Homes For Rent is shady and everyone in the local real estate business knows it.

There are much better rental management companies in the area... these guys at STL Homes For Rent are borderline scammers. Only redeeming quality they have is they did successfully rent our property out... but only after surprising us with some highly questionable "work items" to get it ready for listing to renters. But we handled our business.

At first I thought I'd found a solid partner to work with for our rental management needs, but STL Homes For Rent is just a mirage. Once they hook you in they'll drain your $$$ very quickly with contractor fees etc. etc. You've been warned: proceed at your own risk.
