        Does the absolute bare minimum with your taxes. Im new to learning taxes and doing the absolute bare minimum to help my tax situation isnt right. Do not recommend coming, just do them yourself! **I didnt ask you to do anything I wasnt eligible for. I asked a question regarding adding my father as a dependent because Im his main caregiver. You didnt bother to ask if I was in school or anything . You did the bare minimum with my taxes .

      Hi Seanna. I am sorry that you feel that I did the bare minimum. With what you presented to me, I did them correctly. You asked (over the phone) for me to do things that you were not eligible for. I feel like you didn't like my answers so you felt it was best to do your own. I wish you would have come in to see me and we could have looked things over in person. I don't feel that I deserve the 1 star review. I am still open to talking things through but I definitely prefer in person.
