        I had our van towed to Coleman Taylor when the transmission went out and had a great experience. We did not have them fix the transmission due to the age of the vehicle, however they let us keep the van in their parking lot for about 2 weeks while we searched for a new vehicle and found a place to sell the old one at to save us from having to have it towed multiple times. They showed great customer service despite the fact I wasn't giving them any money.

        Recently moved from Pennsylvania, car wouldn't go into any gear. Called Bruce for a tow and repair on my 2014 Ford Fusion. He, through experience and research found that Ford had a recall on the shift cable. Called Ford dealership and they repaired car on-site at no charge. Bruce is knowledgeable but more important, he is honest.
