Ron's Plumbing - Water, Sewer, & Drain Cleaning

I really appreciated Ron's Plumbing coming out today to fix our drain issue. The water in our rental's basement was 3-5 inches deep and there was sewage mixed in...yuck! I called Roto-Rooter's first and the guy was unwilling to fix the issue with the "interesting" plumbing that was currently available. Ron was more than willing to work with what we had and not only cleared the line of tree roots but got the water and gunk all cleared up. I really appreciated that he and his brother took the time to really explain to me what was going on, what needed to happen on this visit, and what they would recommend to be changed in the future to prevent it from happening again. 5 stars and will definitely call them again!

Called him to fix out door faucet and leaking water line to fridge. For the faucet, he used the smallest line and only replaced the faucet and a shut off valve but left us with no pressure to the hose outside. For the fridge, we had to call him twice. The first time he charged us 200 just to tighten a screw and said it was fine. Then when it started leaking again, charged us again to actually replace the broken valve that he should have replaced the first time. Will not be calling him again for any more repairs.
