Take your money elsewhere, this company will lose your information and won’t know where it’s located. They will not call you back when they say they will, and they will not reach out to you if you put in a request on their website. Not to mention the poor customer service and lack of professionalism and communication. I highly recommend going anywhere else if you value your time and money. I used to be a very loyal customer, but after this year I will not be coming back and advise anyone to steer clear.

This company will not reach out to you to let you know if taxes are completed, they will give you the run around and lie about contacting you.
I had attempted to reach out to the person doing my taxes and it took 3 calls, (each call was 1 week apart and they promised to get back to me by Monday, and they never did) one online request and physically coming into their location to be able to get a straight answer on when my taxes were completed. I am incredibly disappointed, my father used their services in the past and I never had any of these issues until this year. The most unreliable place and we will not be using their services after this year. They have lost 2 loyal customers.
