Thieves. And predatory. They can't auto charge to the truck to renew a registered agent agreement but will auto charge to the truck for the tax "experts." I DO NOT recommend these people. Stay far away from them. ATBS is better and for registered agents I'd recommend Registered Agents Inc for $110 cheaper than Abacus. And they'll actually understand what mailing address vs residential address means unlike Abacus. Abacus has an issue calling people back so if you can't go in person don't bother. Their tax experts can't be relied on at all. BJ Nguyen was doing my taxes and he has to continually call me about issues even after assuring me he has all the forms he needs he is still missing some somehow. I am beyond frustrated with Abacus.

Do not recommend. They charge a weekly fee, then nickle and dime you anytime you need something, like the $1200 I pay a year isnt enough. Then when you ask them to cancel their service they ignore your request, you have to call multiple times just to get rid of them. Then they nickle and dime you some more just to cancel.
