        It has been 11 months and STILL have not received a refund for a 10k prepayment that we ended up cancelling. I have called over 10 times and they say they will refund us and it never happens. AVOID THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY

        I live in Springfield, MO and searched the internet for the best deal on new promotional cups for my business. I found so called deals all over the internet and then I called Elite. I spoke with Roger and he brought me samples and showed me his products. He was cheaper than what I found online and got my cups in time for my next trade show.
