        Terrible! DO NOT MOVE HERE. Maintenance doesn't fix anything. My ceiling leaks in the living room, kitchen and bedroom and has black mold growing. I have tried to get them to fix it for over a year. They come in look at the ceiling and then leave and never hear from them again. We had an agreement for lower rent because of this and new managers just come in and don't respect any previous agreements you have and are now trying to evict us.
