I do not recommend moving here, management is poorly run and so is the main corporate office. They are very corrupt people. This place is so expensive for what you get if you moved in. everything in the apartment looks cheap and put together really fast. not good work! I also want people to know that this place will screw you out of money. PLEASE go elsewhere with your money do not come here looking for an apartment.

$830 plus utilities a month for 388 ft. It is not worth it in my opinion. The paint is cheap, the dishwasher seems pretty flimsy. The walls are pretty thin. If you get a private entrance, the heater only reaches the kitchen and living room. The room and bathroom stays cold. All in my opinion.

Way too expensive for what you get. Move out fees are absolutely insane. Like another review said poorly thought out code situation as any delivery driver that needs the gate code will have immediate access to your apartment. That's if the lock even works, I went months with a lock that would randomly stop working and without physical keys you're stuck out until someone can come let you in. They also take your forwarding address when you move out but good luck getting any of that. Would not recommend!

Disappointing and poorly run. I barely lived in my apartment and left it immaculate, still large fees to move out. Ridiculous. Do not recommend

Insanely expensive for the tiny room, an absolute pain to get anything delivered to, regular issues with the door lock, which also happens to be your gate code, so god forbid you give that to anyone because they'll have full access to your room as long as they get inside the stairwell regardless of it you want them to or not, and utterly ludicrous fees on move out. Location is alight though, I guess.
