Briarwood Village Apartments

I have just renewed my lease for the third year. I appreciate the management here. They keep you informed of property updates and changes to the property. Maintenance is quick, too. I love the free internet and have not had any service interruptions. It's an overall good place to rent and I'm happy to call it my home.

I have 8 years now. Management is readily available, the location is great, on site laundry is a nice amenity as well as the internet that included. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Briarwood is a great complex thanks to the apartment updates and the amenities. You cannot beat the price of the apartments or the location. Being dead center in the middle of Springfield is perfect for any commute. Lived here for 3 years now and love the upkeep of the grounds, plus the new tennis courts.

An excellent place to live! We have the best onsite manager here. Jared goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of this complex, including doing some of the maintenance himself...even those things that require him to be on his knees to get things done.
