Verandas Apartments

Apartments are honestly great! My bad review is because of how many neighbors consistently break rules and how nothing is enforced. Moved here for the no smoking and people consistently smoke and theres many cigarettes laying all throughout the parking lot. I see them on the balcony smoking and the hallways smell like marijuana pretty often. The loud modified vehicles also get annoying early in the morning. Neighbors can be very loud, Id reccomend a top floor if you can. Do love the apartment itself, and the pool and gym and awesome.

Its a great community and an affordable place to live! Ive enjoyed the amenities and the surrounding neighborhood.

My partner and I really do enjoy the apartments but the reason we choose The verandas was because they offered Internet with the apartment already and we both work from home. But we are not feeling like we where told the truth about the Internet being reliable. We have been here 5 months now and our Internet goes in and out A LOT! or like when we had the thunder storm that took out our Internet for A WHOLE WEEK!, now yet again our Internet has been cutting in and out and we can't work. We are now not sure if we can trust the Internet enough here to renew.

Out of all the apartments I've lived in, these are by far my FAVORITE. We've been here since July I believe and I'll list the reasons why you should move here too: 1. It's clean. The staff does such a great job at keeping the facilities maintained and the lawns always look so pretty and taken care of. 2. Maintenance is fantastic. We haven't really had any issues since we've moved in but all of our requests have been taken care of immediately. I'm always seeing them moving around and being kept busy so I appreciate all their hard work even if it isn't for me. 3. Communication. The Apt Manager Josh is extremely communicative with the residents. We are given great advances on when the team needs to come in and check on anything so this gives us plenty of time to prepare. He's quick to respond to us if we need anything and had stopped by a few times to help us out with random things. 4. It's fun! We are always hearing of something new the team is doing like hiding pigs during halloween for prizes, donuts and coffee days, etc. Even the doggos got to take a swim on the last day the pool was open which was just the cutest idea ever. 5. Prices are great. Being from out-of-state, we were used to being charged for every little thing. We would get hit with pest, trash, sewer, and all kinds of fees that would come out to over $100 every month on top of rent. Internet is even included here and we had to pay that separately. Overall, I couldn't recommend this place more. It's really a great apartment community. Update 03/26/2024: The only complaint I'll add, knocking the 5 stars to 4 stars is that the internet is no fun. It was already a little wonky and would go out here and there but it was managable. However, last week our internet was knocked out for almost 7 days after a storm. I get it, things happen and I used mobile data to hotspot my phone to my work computer as I work from home. However, after the fix our internet is constantly out worse than before. Hoping things get resolved quickly because the week long internet outage was a killer for my data and I no longer have the ability to hotspot for the rest of the month.

It is a wonderful location. Facilities are always clean. Pet friendly with option to have dog walker.
