Joe, you just moved out on Saturday. We have not processed your deposit return just yet, so I am not sure what penny was squeezed out of you. However, I could guess you were speaking about your late move out. You were notified on April 14th that your lease was up at noon on May 28th. That should have been ample notice. But just to be sure, I also sent a text on April 14th letting people know. I also texted on May 4th, and again on May 20th, and May 26th to remind people of the noon lease end time, as well as to confirm their walk thru time. When you called the morning of your move out, I let you know about the late move out charge. You had plenty of time to plan your move out, however, you waited until the day of to try to rent a truck for moving. On a move out day we have people on stand by to begin working on the lofts to prepare them for the next resident. When people do not move out on time, that puts painting crews, cleaning crews, and general repair crews on delay. That can be costly. While I always wish people would move away happy with the time they spent here, it seems to me that the things that have frustrated you were self caused.
