    Prompt, professional, polite. Very nice waiting room comfortable couchs to sit on and sodas, and candy bars for snacks. I almost wish it would have taken them longer, lol

    they will never get my service if they cant drive. i had one of their vans pass me going 90 in a 55 i had my 2 kids in my car that is absolutely ridiculous. i never write reviews but this was just insane.

    Yesterday morning I had someone break into my truck steal the majority of my things including my wallet, I called Auto Glass Specialist and they got me in the next hour dropped it off and I had mentioned that I did not have my wallet and and they were happy to pay over the phone, Im happy about my experience, glass looks good they even vacuumed the Broken glass that was everywhere! ()

    They installed my back glass well but dropped a tool and chipped the paint on my car about the size of a finger nail. It would have been one thing if they told me because life happens but they tried to repair it with window rubber themselves to "glue" the chip back in which ultimately damaged the paint more. It was extremely unprofessional and when I went back 2 minutes after leaving to address this with them they tried to say the car was already chipped. They only stopped when I showed them pictures of my broken back glass from an hour before that had absolutely no damage as well as the car and paint chip were covered in window rubber. I still have not heard from them on how this will be taken care of as they gave me a phone number to call a Auto Paint repair company when they should have dealt with this themselves as it was not my fault. I don't want to but I may have to file with their insurance if I don't hear back from them. What started as a professional likeable experience turned into a company I wouldn't recommend to anyone. The 2 stars is because the glass hasn't broken yet.

I am not open on Saturday's when this happened. Some of my employees lease the van's from me to use personally after hours and on weekends. I honestly have no control over what they do on their own time. I will have a talk with the employee but again, it is on his own time. I do apologize for his actions since he was driving my company vehicle with my phone number all over it. I am curious though that if he passed you in his own vehicle, on his own time, on a day that I am not in business, would my business still be getting a one star review over something that I have no control over????? I apologize about my employees not taking care of the problem the way it should have been. The reason I told them to give you the paint repair fellows name and number was so that you could call him and set up the repair at your convenience . I will be happy to call him myself and have him give you a call. If he is unable to repair we will replace the piece. Again I apologize that we didn't handle the problem as it should have been. Will call the repair place and have them give you call today. Just followed up with the paint repair fellow and he told me you did call him yesterday and he was going to call you today and set an appointment. Let him know if it was not repairable that we would replace the part. I hope this helps to rectify the issue. Follow up, it was not repairable and we contacted Reliable Body Shop the same day and had the car fixed at our expense as we should. I am sure Jacob though will not post that the problem was taken care of as fast as could possibly could be done once I found out how carless my employee handled the situation at the time. Ben Owner
