I rarely write reviews but feel compelled to do so for the service technician/advisor who took the time, with respect and patience to answer questions and work with me regarding the work needed on my Prius. Ryan Parli has great customer skills, showing kindness, expertise, and a willingness to accommodate the needs of his clients. Much appreciated!

I have had my car serviced 4 times at Reliable Toyota Service. The 1st 3 times weren't good experiences, for numerous reasons. I was pleasantly surprised this week with Jeremiah Danford, my service tech. He was courteous, informative & he listened to what I said. Afterwards he even walked me out to show me where my car was parked. His service was outstanding & I'm very grateful for that. I hope this is an indication that someone took notice of the formerly abysmal service & made some changes. At any rate, I will definitely ask for Jeremiah in the future.

Do not get your factory recall service done here. They bump this work to the rear of the cue. Your appointment time means nothing. Apparently they feel if they can complete the work by quiting time, it's a success, regardless of how long they keep you waiting. Service: General repairs & maintenance
