        Amanda was just phenomenal at the Campbell location. She made my day with how compassionate she was to certain tribulations my family is going through. She was the definition of customer service and going the extra mile! Thanks Amanda! ~~P.S. your glasses were still the coolest ones Ive seen this week

        Boo... 00000 bad bad bad all around.. ran my credit when said they would only do a soft pull.. then months latter denied me a credit card .. even after I gave them a written signed letter . Of proof of address Then charged me money use my money and money to close account . Then on top all of it still Havent got my check... have to go up there to close account.. after I done it on line don't think twice turn away and walk out the door if your waiting to open a account

        Horrible and rude customer service. Over $100,000 in one account they refused to help me. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied in this particular bank location. Will never be back. Strongly considering removing our accounts asap.
