        They must have some sort of agreement with RPM Towing & share 50/50 of the proceeds from towing cars. Paid $250 because I got towed from their lot at 10pm. They have a sign but a very poorly worded sign. Extremely frustrating!!!

        Bank has a poorly worded sign that left me paying 100 dollars to get a parking boot off of it. The sign should be changed at the very least. I didnt even leave the lot, so I didnt get the chance to pay for parking. I went into the hotel/bar sharing the lot for a few minutes and came back to my car about to be towed away. You are feeding into the scamming tow company who has been doing this to multiple people.

        Very confusing parking sign in lot that resulted in my car being towed last night when I thought I was legally parked. Everyone read the sign you wont see pulling in the lot unless you drive the wrong way on a one way street to enter the lot. Hopefully the bank does a better job writing its loan documents.

      Hi Dena! We are sorry you don’t like the company that runs the parking lot. You are right, it would be nice to have some of that tow money, sadly, we get no such opportunity. The signage is exactly what is required by council and very specific, as are the other dozen or so signs on the lot. Curious why you think the hotel shares the lot? I can’t find their name on it. I think Vandivort just thought it would be fun to build a hotel with no parking, between two parking lots with which it is not affiliated. As you like coming downtown, we’d encourage you to stop by and see us sometime, to enjoy our wide range of banking services!As a reminder, we are a full service bank, which rents its lot to a parking company. When one is not here during the day, that probably seems confusing.

It’s a shame you missed their two very large signs, the largest being the sandwich board facing Robberson Ave. We hope you come visit us though; and check out our variety of fantastic banking products, from personal loans to a variety of checking and savings accounts.You will be interested to learn that 2023 is our centennial year, we are excited to celebrate 100 years, 54 of them in this location, but all 100 in downtown Springfield.
