Cadence Bank

This is my main bank out of all the locations in Springfield. They’re are always so nice & friendly. I would never switch banks unless I absolutely had too!

They're a good bank, but they close too soon which has me think about switching banks. I get off work everyday around 6 or 7 pm but you guys are never open so I have to carry my checks around for weeks at a time 😑

We have our home loan with this bank. They have helped us to get things notarized several times. They are very nice and professional.

Some of the nicest customer service people you'll ever talk to on the phone, but their mobile technology is ok at best and poor most of the time. I also had checks bounce due to online banking problems that the bank admitted was their fault, but then had to jump through numerous hoops to speak to a supervisor to get the overdraft charges waived. This happened more than once. The final straw was 95% my mistake, but the 5% I'm putting on the bank cost me $1000.00 with the IRS. I wrote a large tax estimate payment from the wrong checking account. When the check was presented, I didn't get a call from the bank asking about it (which other banks have done for security reasons more than once in the past). They also didn't contact me when they tried to present it a second time. This resulted in a fee of nearly $1000 from the IRS. My oversight, but could have been prevented if the bank had the right protocols in place.
