I waited 10 min for someone to help me at the part where they do the inside of my car also, I have a platinum package where I pay 10 dollars and get both, no one came so I decided I was running short on time so I pulled o er to the express and it wouldn't open , so I asked if it were broken she went to get someone and she came back and said he would be there in a minute by thistime I started to back up and leave and the guy came and I told him I waited at the other place for 10 min and he said it was just himand got me thru instead of getting me in to get the inside done I was disappointed we go there all the time

This wash is the only place we will take other people's vehicles for a quick detail and outside wash. Kieth Johnson does a great job at getting us set up with the right type of service. His public attitude, spiritual nature with customer service, and positive outlook are positive attributes of what quality employees can look like working for this company.
