    What you should know: This is the second time Ive come to this location and had unhelpful/bad service. Why It Matters: After an hour on the phone with the corporate number, I was told to go to an in person store to finish what we started. The second I shared why I was in the store, I was passionately told by the employee they cant help me here. Instead of helping me find alternative solutions, they were quick to tey and get me out. It felt like I did something wrong by asking for help and trying to find solutions. They finally gave me a number with instructions. They said call this and shared next steps, which I tried 3 times and they didnt work. Solution: Long story short, I went to a Verizon store in a neighboring city and they were a great help to me. Avoid this location - its a waste of time and will only cause frustration.

    Very poor service was never greeted when walking in then when I approached a CSR he rudely said what do you need. With his head down and typing on his hand computer the whole time not even looking up but once. When I told him that I was here to return a hot spot that was not working & that kept saying out of service he said rudely asked have you activated it? I said yes and that its worked for only about 5 out of the twenty some days I had it. He opened the box turned it on kept typing on his computer and said there is a restocking fee. I asked him if I was inconveniencing him because he seemed to be upset. Then I asked him if the restocking fee could come out of the return amount that I would be due because Im returning it early and he rudely said well youve had it 20 days. Will that be cash or card for the fee? Then I asked then he went back to get my receipt. I then asked another CSR worker for the gentlemans name that was helping me and he told me he could not give me that and that I needed to read his name tag. When the CSR man came back he had no name tag. I asked his name which was Zack & also asked for the managers name who was not in office according to Zack. The customer service in this store was very rude.
