        I once thought tmoblie was great til I went to this store. The sales person lied to me 3 times when I asked her 3 time if I went to the 55+ plan if my bill would be about the same she told me yes. I knew it would be a lil higher than what it was but I sure didn't know it would end up being $110 higher. Got a hold of customer care and they said they would fix this this it is going on a week now and so far nothing has been fixed. I am pissed and so disappointed, So more than likely when our phones are paid off I will be looking for another phone company
