Had a bad solid state drive, Beyond Computers were able to recover my data and get the drive working again. Majority of my files were intact! Communication was excellent, Staff was friendly. They ran me through my options and asked me how I'd like to proceed. If anything came up in the process they'd again consult me before moving on. This team really puts their customers first, These professionals make sure you understand and get the service exactly as you want it. 10/10, I would recommend this business wholeheartedly.

I was looking for an external hardrive for my pc and this place only does repairs. The owner went out of his way to contact me which is impressive because he took the time to contact me and let me know what type of store he is and the service they provide. Very professional which is sometimes lost in todays world.

Outstanding service. I was so close to giving up on my old laptop, but the guys there were able to fully restore it and now it runs more smoothly than I can remember. Cannot recommend enough.
