Poor professionalism. They came to my house barely measured the siding and never returned for a quote. The salesman was going to give me a quote at the house then got all weird and left. Never called back to offer quote. I guess the large sum of money I'll be paying another contractor to do work wasn't worth it to him. Maybe I looked like I just didn't have money because my house is older. But we felt like he didn't think our house was worth it.

Autumn Exteriors did a fantastic job residing our lake cabin. They did everything that they promised and a little extra! We had some issues with weather that delayed the complete install but the install team of Frankie and Ashley were very flexible and made sure that we were happy during the entire process. BEWARE I have been working with company approximately 2 years now. I had even sent $$,$$$ to them for materials. I still have not heard from them for over 5 months about product. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY

We ordered windows and 4 doors in April of 2022 and paid almost $20,000 upfront. The owner, Don Cole, was the salesperson. He promised 8 week delivery. It took much longer to get the window, the exterior door months after the windows, one storm door was delivered months later and 10 months later we are still waiting. I expect a refund from the premium price we paid for the lie we were told on delivery.
