If I could give them a zero I would. Did not do business with these people they lie about everything. Especially the guy named Z. Would not recommend you buying or selling a truck to this company.

I bought a new 2021 Peterbuilt from TLG/Peterbuilt that now has a recall item DEF Quality Sensor- Q21-6170-001K1T that makes the truck inoperable. The part is on back order for 3 months. TLG/Peterbuilt is not providing any loaner trucks, a new truck or a part from the new trucks being currently manufactured. They want their customers to just wait and loose money. What is the purpose of buying a new truck when you have this issue. My business will loose thousands during this peak season waiting on this part to be manufactured by the only 1 supplier TLG is using.

I have tired to work with the Larson Group on 3 separate occasions. I currently was purchasing a 2016 Peterbilt 389. I went to get it check out and it came back that it needed about $15,000 worth of work done to it. This dealership is The Great Lakes Dealership in Portage, IN so Im not going too say all Larson dealers our bad. This is the second time this dealership has done this to me. So asked the used truck sales manager Ryan you all rather sale a $77,000 truck to someone knowing that it needs work done to it. His reply was thats part of doing business in sales. I want be doing business with this dealership.
