    No way to deposit cash unless a branch is open, predatory overdraft and foreign ATM policies, charging fees to pay my loan over the phone, constant app connectivity problems, very hard to connect your account to services like Venmo, the only good thing is no monthly fee for a checking account. I'll be looking to switch soon. Edit to add: they declined my mobile deposit because I didn't have my account number written on the back of the check, even though I told them in the app which account to put it in. It's 2024. There is no reason I shouldn't be able to deposit money at the atm.

    New Review: 1-Star We forgot about the old experience and opened a new auto loan with this bank. Unable to login. 4 Calls have been made to the bank in an attempt to get login information and pay this bill. We have had obtained successful financing at BluCurrent with less hassle than making one payment with TelComm. Old Review: 3-Stars The tellers are often on their cell phones or even making personal calls on the company phone (unless they normally say "love you" at the end of their business calls.) I've actually had to wait in line for them to finish their call. Often I am never greeted with a hello or "can I help you with anything else" at the end of business. It also not uncommon for them to forget to return the ID at the end of a transaction. Their rates are also not any more competitive than most of our other banking relationships. We'll keep our accounts open until we pay off the auto loan, and then I expect we'll transition to a bank that holds their employees to a higher standard.
