I love this bank so much. For a teen who is just getting their first checking account, credit card, needs a loan, or whatever, it can be super challenging to understand everything, especially when banks try to hassle you and make you pay fees for everything. Mercy Credit Union has given me such amazing and delightful customer service since Ive been here, they walk me through everything, are extremely perusable, and I never have to wait. Would seriously recommend, especially if youve been at a bank where youre on hold with a robot for an hour every time you have a question. This bank is amazing and I would never change.

By far the worse bank Ive ever dealt with!! The tellers have very little to no knowledge about accounts. When the systems go down you cant even use your cards. No knowledge of direct deposits. St. Louis branch is a complete joke. I wanted to keep the credit union because Ive always been with a credit union but I will be cutting ties as soon as the systems come up & I can close my account.

My account was hacked and approximately $1000 was taken from my account. The first time this happened an employee got all my funds back. It happened a second time and I was told they where not allowed to help me. I am still trying to get my money back. The fraud was from Bejing, China and Stockholm,Sweden. Two cities I have never been or done business with. The staff is very friendly but have not been responsive to my very serious problem.
