Penn does sheets and towels for my massage business. Their staff is prompt, dependable and friendly. On one occasion, I ran out of clean sheets last minute and Stephen picked up a portion of my soiled and had them laundered and back to me in 2hrs. I was very impressed. Ive also not had to ask them to use stronger detergent to get the oil and emollient residues out of the sheets. I have had to do that with past companies. I appreciate there has never been any weird smells on the linens, they always give me plenty of soiled linen bags, and I like how they package the clean sheets as sets so it makes it easier for me when Im setting up the table for new clients.
