DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL LOSE YOUR ITEMS AND NOT TELL YOU FOR MONTHS. I received a very nice king size blanket as a gift and brought it to Lloyds to be cleaned. They called once after 3 months that it was ready but couldnt find it in the store when I arrived. They called again after 5 months asking if I had the blanket. No. They lost it. I would give this store zero stars if I could. Dont bring anything that you care about because they will lose it and not tell you for months.

Took my wedding dress to Lloyds to get it cleaned after the wedding. It doesnt even look like it was touched! Theres still sweat stains around the armpit areas and very obvious black stains along the bottom of the train. I sent it back twice and it looked worse than the first time I got it back, probably because the stains set in. Still had to pay for the service too. I understand the embroidery is delicate and cant necessarily be scrubbed but Im about to clean this myself and Im 95% certain I can do a heck of a lot better than this with some YouTube tutorials. But thats why I took it to a supposed professional to clean it so I wouldnt have to mess with it myself. ZERO STARS. Update (and in response to Lloyds reply): I just took my dress to a different professional cleaner. They were able to get the stains out of an area in the lace within 3 minutes and said they did nothing special or out of the ordinary. Its bad business to charge a customer for a FULL service that was NOT completed. 80% is not a completed service. If youre not able to get very obvious stains out, simply call and inform me that you cant complete the service and to take it elsewhere, not proceed to take my deposit and the rest of the cleaning fee.
