        We got recommended to take our daughter here to help with her reading. Kristen is very easy to talk and get information from. We meet with her for my daughter assessment and she explained everything with us. My daughter enjoyed it so much. She asked when she gets to come back! I definitely would recommend this place. It's a great atmosphere! Update 3/3/2024 My daughter still loves going! We have seen great progress since she has started. She loves her teachers there! My daughter school teacher has messaged me a couple times saying my daughter seems to enjoy reading more and trying more! I still definitely recommend this place.

        My 12 year old has been attending Sylvan for about 3/4 weeks now, we can already see his confidence in his math skills improving. More importantly he feels more confident and enjoys his sessions here with the teachers. Were excited to see his growth and watch him excel!

        I hope you dont plan on taking a professional exam here, such as the MCAT or LSAT. You will regret your decision. After being poorly instructed by the front desk on how to proceed, you will be taken into a medium sized room where you will begin the examination; there will be others in the room. Be prepared to experience frequent interruptions, namely others talking in the lobby or the room door opening and closing often. Also, the large glass window in the back of the testing area will prove to be another distraction, as you will hear traffic from the highway through your soundproof headphones. Make sure to read the policies and procedures regarding examinations for your respected producer, as there may be some things not attended to. I suggest, if you are testing for any professional practice/program, not to go to this testing center. You will be throughly disappointed and better served by scheduling a private room in library or college.

      We are truly sorry you had a bad experience at our testing facility. However, we inform all testers when they arrive regarding our process about entering every 10 minutes to perform required checks. We are required by Prometric corporate to walk thru the testing space to ensure cheating is not taking place. While checking candidates in, this information was provided, as well as scratch paper, etc. During this explanation, we inform all candidates that if any questions arise, or extra paper, etc. is needed, the testing candidate should raise his/her hand, and we will promptly accommodate any needs or questions. We cannot control the noise from the outside, as we did not select this location when the previous owner moved here, nor can we make changes to our rented space. We are a testing center inside a learning center. We do the best we can to be quiet, but we cannot guarantee complete silence. If you would have raised your hand during one our many walk thru situations, we would have informed those in the lobby or in the testing center to talk more quietly. Again, we regret your experience was not a 4 or 5 star, but we followed all required protocol that is stated on our Prometric scheduling website.
