Had high hopes for Mr Lambert, he seamed nice, but sadly it didn't happen with my ADA case. Basically once the state sent their "letter of sue" he had nothing "proclaimed good enough" to work with in his favor as all Employment cases appeared to be Rigged in favor of the Employer (MO Senate Bill 43-2017) unless the Employer literally messes up their plans. The employers can use "Canary Trap" tactics, harass you (repeat every time you drop your last charges), use select video of anything (even your texts to a gf), lie and over fabricate anything from any employee they "favor" or "threaten to terminate" who isn't on their side. While you have "no video evidence" (your employer isn't going to give it) or nothing but a paper from the state the employer will always proclaim is heresay even with proof. So if your employer finds someone willing to be a mole or do their bidding, you can be labeled whatever they desire to get rid of you. Short change in the cashier? You're fired for stealing! Dating your friend at work? You're fired if she dumps you or faked being interested! Get any gifts from friends or for good attendance? Fired if they write it down in a way that is a "lie"! Be "open & comedic" like your employer harasses you to be? You're fired if someone takes it "wrong" even if they say "you're funny at acting" "be more open"! Handicapped or Austistic type? You're gone, I was! I wanted my case to go to court, but he left me holding my file Without telling me I needed a Petition to sue paper (I found out the last day), even tho I repeatedly asked if there was anything else I needed. Lawyers, they only seam to want to dictate "opinions" and if they don't get a quick settlement it seams the case will always be played "worthless" instead of "justice".

Was willing to listen, not judge me and I am very confident he will make a differance for me. So many times in life companies with lots of money think they can do whatever they want to whomever they want without reprocussion. His first comment after I told him about my personal life is what I needed to say he will do his best to represent me. Very friendly and good listner. Thank you.
