Dr. Sethi made me feel so welcome and gave me excellent care! She put me at ease, made me feel heard, and I truly feel like she wanted to help me. She is a rare find, do anything you can to keep her! Thank you again, Dr. Sethi, you have no idea how much a quality doctor means to me, absolutely grateful!

Dr. Sethi is a blessing! Having recently moved to the Springfield area, it was time to find a new provider after 15 years with my last one. I was invested in finding a quality provider that would be highly competent and compassionate. After reading up on Dr. Sethi, I decided the two month wait would be worth it and set the appointment. I have to say, the reviews were not wrong. She is wonderful, kind, and attentive to my heath care.

I love Dr. Sethi! My only complaint is, its now difficult to get scheduled with her because she is so good. She has been my doctor for many years and I truly respect and trust her with my healthcare! As a RN I feel like I can be very discriminatory with my opinions on healthcare providers but I honestly have NOTHING but positives to say about Dr. Sethi!

Dr. Sethi is good for medication refills but is otherwise useless. I came to her with a bleeding concern. Dr. Sethi ordered the tests I requested to start with. Being that I'm an RN myself, I have a little knowledge. After those tests came back abnormal she sent a referral to GI without the proper information so I am still bleeding with no help. At my followup appointment, Dr Sethi went over the results of my testing with me. I had already done this as the results are in my eChart. She started to go over lab work, it's three times my normal levels and most of them are on the HIGH end of "normal". I tried to explain that is highly abnormal for me as I am always low on all on my numbers unless something is going on. She did not listen. She pointed out that my Appendix looked good on the CT... I have had an APPENDECTOMY in 2013. She obviously does not know how to investigate for her patients. I would not advise seeing her or anyone in her clinic unless you just need medication refills. Otherwise, go to urgent care or the ER. Especially if you are a "young" person.
