You have a lady that works there named Cathy that is the rudest, most stuck up person I've encountered in a very long time. God forbid anyone walk in there with a purse purchased from a Coach Outlet store!! Miss snooty snoot will talk to you like you're worthless and she's better than you. And as far as cleaning the my purse? Y'all never touched it. It's filthy. Straight up dirt that washes right off. You never cleaned it. You probably took it to the back, wrapped it up all pretty, and called it a day. Do you actually think I'm stupid and wouldn't be able to tell?

As someone who has shopped at this store for my wife a few times, I have to say that the staff is truly awesome. They're always super helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell, which makes for a really great shopping experience. However, one thing that really bugs me is the constant barrage of marketing emails and phone calls. Even after I unsubscribed from their emails, I'm still getting calls from them trying to sell me stuff. It's frustrating to have to deal with this kind of spam, especially since no one wants to buy a purse 2 or 3 times a year as a gift. Overall, while the staff is great, the marketing tactics leave something to be desired. I wish they would respect their customers' privacy a bit more and tone down the sales pitches. That being said, I still appreciate the helpfulness of the staff and the quality of the products they sell.
