Just went here and watched an employee take his shoe off to rub his toes/foot and then head back to work without even wiping his hands off. The thought of washing them obviously never crossed his mind.
This location doesn't honor the policy of "free blizzard if we don't flip one".

The food was hot, which made us think it was fresh, but the pineapple was fermented, and when I told the employee nothing was done about it all the employees were on their phone and not taking care of cleaning, stocking or customers in a timely manner. There was no ketchup there was no spoons.

I would give 0 stars if I could they were rude and unprofessional the store was disgusting there was milk left sitting on the counter we were there about 10 min and the milk stayed on the counter. There was trash in the floor and a clear language barrier between staff and guests. Never once was there a smile or a friendly word.the food was cold and the blizzards were not flipped upside down because they were to runny... This used to be my favorite spot for spontaneous ice cream adventures with my family looks like I'm going to braums now...
