Bait WrX

Decided to place an order with them from recommendations on YouTube. An item was missing in my order when it was delivered and I made multiple calls to customer service along with emails and never got a response on either end. I was contacted by the GM personally regarding my order and missing items. They went above and beyond to make me whole and they certainty earned my business back. I wish more companies would handle situations like Bait Wrx did and go above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

Dont waste your time or money doing business with this company! I didn't receive my total order(I was shorted 2 baits totaling $35.98. Not the end of the world, I know, but I paid for them so I want what I paid for. ). Ive sent 2 emails and left a voice mail with absolutely zero response. As of 02/26/2023, they still haven't made this right. I wouldn't recommend anyone does business with this company, and if I don't hear from them in the next few days, I'll be disputing the charges thru my bank for goods and services not received.
