Great overall experience. Dude is always happy to answer questions or help find information needed, has helped me color match for miniature's painting projects I have worked on (even none GW/Warhammer), and is just a generally friendly guy. Also, does not allow the blatant toxicity and gate keeping I'm experienced at other stores and it shows in a welcoming and helpful attitude by most of the players and painters usually present. Those attitudes have also never changed when stopping in with a question and not spending a penny. Also, unlike at another shop, I've never had anyone try creeping on my underage daughter. Very family friendly (no cursing allowed!)

I was not expecting springfield to have a dedicated Warhammer store personally. I am not interested, but I'm sure this is a great spot for anyone who is.

Terrible customer service. I was walking around the store checking prices and had stopped to watch a game being played for a few minutes before returning to shopping. I was answering some questions a friend was asking while walking around the store until we were approached by the worker. He asked the normal can I help you questions, and when I told him we were just looking he said, We dont allow loitering in the store, so you are going to have to buy something or leave. Its a game store theres people playing a game and people sitting at the tables in the store painting People also like to come watch the games. Ya know thats how you get people into the hobby right? You dont tell them they have to buy something or leave after theyve been at the store for less than 15 minutes.
