I can't say enough good things about Mike the Mgr. & Arnie @ the N. Kearney Store. Scott you should be awfully happy to have a Mgr. as smart & customer service oriented as Mike is. He worked with me & I paid off another piece of furniture that I was so happy to be able to do & call it my own. Mike had alot to do with it as well as Arnie. They both were there to help with the my payment schedule & we got it done. They have been a blessing. Thank you to ALL of you including Scott too!! I never will go anywhere else!!

So the reason why I am giving a 5 Star review is because I have been with All American Rental for 9+ years i believe!! I know it's been years that I have been with them!! They are my family!! Even tho we aren't blood related I still look at them as my family! There as been times where I couldn't make my full payment and they have worked with me! As long as you pay something and Communicate with them they will help every way they can! They have been there when I have need them the most! They are a business and they still have a job to do but they also understand things happens and will work with you as long as you try! I love All American Rental!

In store employee, Rick, was extremely helpful and personable. Delivery driver showed up to my house early, accommodated amazingly and was trustworthy and personable. I would absolutely recommend this company and the south Springfield store.

Neil and Rick were super amazing!! They were super knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and went beyond. They allowed my kids to sit on the furniture and even put on an animal channel to keep then entertained while we did the paperwork. When they installed my washer and drier they were very courteous, especially after bring then to the second floor. They made sure everything was fully functional before bring the table and chairs in. They made sure that the table didnt rock before leaving as well. They were a great team!
