Bliss Home Inspections

David was professional and efficient. He got the inspection done in a timely manner and gave us a good deal, especially compared to inspectors Ive used in the past. Very honest and nice guy. Would recommend to friends and family.

I've used Bliss Inspections for three different houses. David is an honest man. Each of the inspection I asked him to do were for homes that I planned on buying. I felt he was trying to honestly protect me from any surprises and he gave me information in a way that let me know which items he felt were serious and which he felt were just inconveniences. We ended up not buying one house partly due to some of his findings. The second inspection he did for us was nothing but positive. We bought that house and never has any issues. We are currently living in the house that he did for our third inspection and have had really good luck. I am glad that we found Bliss Inspection rather than using the inspector that our real estate agent suggested. I feel like we got an inspection that was looking out for our best interest. He takes a lot of time and care to get these things right. I've used him three times and would recommend others use him as well. Service: New construction inspections
