      image My credit card was fraudulently used at this location. The GM was going to call me back "maybe tomorrow or in a few days." I called Hilton Honors and was left on hold indefinitely. No one has contacted me back and it's been over a week.
      I've never chosen to stay Hilton. I guess I never will!
      Safety: Credit card security is clearly not great.

      image The room we were in was quite old and you had to use two hands to close the shower. There is also a large atrium in the center of the hotel. It is lovely but at night it was very loud. The third thing that I didnt care for was that the breakfast wasnt free, it was $12 per person and its the same breakfast thats free at all other Hiltons!

Hilton Garden Inn hotels charge for breakfast, unlike other similar hotels like Hampton Inns. This is due to the use of fresh ingredients, made to order food, servers, and a culinary team. I'm sorry to see that we did not meet all of your expectations during your stay with us. Hopefully you will give us a try the next time you are in town.

      image The room was clean, could probably stand to be updated a little. Service was good, very friendly staff.
      Would stay here again if the need arose.
