        I would give less than one star if it was possible. The worst place in Springfield Mo.

        No room key was available at check in. One of the desk workers helped us into the room- carrying our luggage up the stairs. The hinge lock on the door was broken. The curtain would not close all the way, so it was bright all night. No tv, phone, or clock in the room. Sheets and towels had stains. Breakfast was surprissingly adequate. I am still waiting for my "I survived Quality Inn Springfield" Tshirt.

        Great room great service and the people here are very nice! And I loved being able to eat waffles! Rooms: Decent room! Safety: Super safe Walkability: Very walkable Food & drinks: Waffles and cereal for breakfast can't beat that!

        Don't stay there. Bugs. No functioning ice machine. Dirty. Transients all around. Couldn't connect to the internet. The front desk person was fine. She got blankets for us. The price was cheap enough. But the place is not taken care of.
