Even if you keep on top of your phone, email and postal mail, you'll be repeatedly taken off the wait-list without warning or notice, forced to get yourself put back on at the very end of the wait list, only to repeat the process over, and over, and over, and over again. Write your legislators if this is happening to you too. Otherwise, this will remain the norm. They don't check these reviews, justifying it by feigning ignorance. They get away with pretending that bad reviews only come from people who don't follow the outlined policies and procedures. Follow them to the letter and you still have to babysit these people who are getting paid for more than you to be supervised closely by those they're supposed to be helping. If I was the one who woke up one day and realized I was aiding and abetting countless individuals and families being homeless and dying on the streets, and doing so with a completely apathetic attitude, I can't say I would keep coming to work with the tenacity and consistency the current employees do.

Very discriminatory towards minority applicants. Staff are rude, petty, and spiteful. They lack all professionalism and are downright lazy. Instead of owning their mistakes they make all kinds of excuses like being short staffed or even resort to blaming applicants for their mistakes. But I'm sure they take 2 hour lunches, SMH. The government needs to downsize.
