I was NOT satisfied with F & S Master Air. Jason was not professional when small issues arose and he tried to overcharge me $1,000 for a larger AC system that they never installed. I stood my ground and told him I wouldn't pay that extra $1k and he threatened to take me to court. I then took pictures and provided him copies of their own documents proving they didn't actually install the system he claimed they installed. They also broke my French doors in front of the water heater and busted some of the trim in front of it as well. Pretty poor service if you ask me. Jason was not polite and very unprofessional until I proved him wrong. It was not pleasant doing business with F & S Master Air and I will NEVER recommend them or do business with them again. Wonderful business and quality work. The 2 installers were very professional and respectful. They removed all old equipment and didn't leave anything undone. 10 stars in my opinion and experience with this company.
