Always hard to get ahold of. I'm not sure if anyone works there. I've never missed a payment and never made a claim, with all that said they still raised my insurance every 6 month renewal. Once I did get ahold of someone she told me that's the best they can do within seconds like she didn't try. I would almost bet any of the reviews on here that are positive is fake and made by them. Poor poor team and worst insurance company.. 4 years wasted with them.

It was the best experience Ive ever had with any insurance company in my life. Their attention to detail was phenomenal and I appreciate the level of personal care they were willing to provide. Two words: Unreasonable hospitality!

We were blessed with the most amazing insurance family! Our agent Stephanie Zaragoza is amazing and has went over and beyond for my family more than once! They are worth every penny!

Extremely tough to get in contact with someone to update policies. The price was ok. Our main contact Crystal left, or went on vacation, or something, and then it seemed like no one else could get anything completed. It usually took 3 calls minimum to get ahold of someone. Sent all my info in for my boat so it could get registered and after 1 hour on the phone it couldn't be finished; It still was never completed so I changed companies. I had Allstate in WI and never had any issues, it was just this office specifically. They seem understaffed.
