I see a few pretty critical reviews. I think your insurance is as good as your agent and a majortity of the folks I spoke with from the springfield office are awesome. They respond quickly to my calls, and are always willing to meet to discuss any concerns I have. I wouldn't trust my inurance in any other hands.

Great experience working with Banker's Life. It was a complete stress relief to get my Medicare taken care of.

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. Agent came to my house (no soliciting sign clearly displayed) and has the audacity to tell me Medicare sent him, because they hadn't heard from me. Stood there and argued with me, insisting that they contacted his office. This was a flat out lie. Medicare does not advocate any company on their behalf. As a matter of fact it is illegal. After the agent left, I called the main office to complain. I did get 2 call backs from his trainer and a manager, letting me know he would be informed about the illegality of his sales pitch. 4 days later, he calls my home, totally oblivious regarding his previous interaction with me. This company is deceitful in their practices. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars.
