        I used to swear by this company. When Chad was there, it was INCREDIBLE! As rates have increased, the customer service has dropped. I have been waiting to hear back for a month and a half now for options on lowering our rates. I even followed up and never received a response. So, today when I canceled, I got this as a response: Ill send you an email because it has to be in writing. Ok. Thanks, bye. Didnt ask why or try and keep us.
