I would definitely recommend Multilpi Credit Union!! Bree was my loan officer on 2 separate occasions within the past year. I commend her for her professionalism yet she was very personable. She made my entire experience with Multipli Credit Union as positive as it could have been.

after moving here and starting a couple of businesses I chose to go with a smaller local bank instead of a larger national one. Multipli is the 3rd bank I've used since I've moved here and I can now see the appeal of the larger more established banks. From 5 days for a mobile deposit to clear, 1 Teller working drive through and walk in both, only being able to see the last 20 days or so of transactions online, not being part of the CO-OP, and just finally getting biometric log in on the app I feel like this place is 10 years behind the banks on the coasts. It took me over a month to get a debit card for my second account and my business partner still hasn't received his. We're going on 5 months now maybe? I'm sitting here looking at a negative balance on one of my checking accounts because I made the mistake of thinking the mobile deposit option would be done on a timely manor. I'm at day 4 with no movement. I have several thousands of dollars moving in and out all the time and with the economy being as trash as it is, I can't operate like this. Multipli is probably great if you just have a job and get direct deposits and just do normal stuff. But if you need more from your bank than that this isn't the place for you. I'm honestly not sure if any of the banks here in Springfield can compete with a national chain.
