Eh you could do better than this place. They weren't honest about the facts and didn't really care about my situation. It's disappointing that places like this exist just to ignore you and only want to profit off of your situation. If you need help try elsewhere.

I typically don't write bad reviews to places. I've been going to PP for years for Birth Control and exams. Normally have a fantastic experience and never a long wait. Today was different.... when entering in the building I was greeted nicely and referred over to front desk receptionist. While going over insurance details the receptionist became very rude and changing her tone towards me. I ask questions about payments and was willing to figure out sliding scale fees or possibly make another appointment a different day. She again raised her voice and became rude for me not comprehending immediately while we figured out the process. The lack of professionalism and just down right common courtesy baffled me. I told her to have a nice day and left. This doesn't go for all the staff or all Planned Parenthoods. But I wasn't going to start a very vulnerable process with this behavior. Someone should reprehend her. I will be making my future appointments elsewhere.

My online portal has been inaccurate from day one with no help getting it fixed or sent to IT, no one has returned any calls thus far. I have been repeatedly told to just check my patient portal despite repeating that my patient portal is blank on my end and I have tried multiple times. I just get a "huh that's weird it shows on my end" response every time. Then when I say "ok Cool you can see it on your end can I get any updates, can you share it to me" anything they just say "oh I'll have the nurse call you" who never does. So they have had all of my blood work results for who knows how long but I still have 0 answers. Very frustrating. Add to that that every single time I have called I've had more than a 10 min wait before the phone is answered. The provider was great but the admin/front desk staff have not been helpful at all and this has been my worst planned Parenthood experience to date.

I had such an affirming experience here from everyone. Literally everyone. From when you walk in the door to when you leave everyone treats you with such compassion and care and they see for who you are truly are. 10/10 I would recommend this place for your gender affirming needs and get tested and check ups while you are there!!! Their Patient Navigator is the loveliest gal Ive met in a while who hooked me with resources I needed. More places need to have positions like this!!!!
